Our Recommended Vaccine Schedule

2 months:    Pediarix  (DTaP, IPV, Hepatitis B), Prevnar, Hib, Rotateq
4 months:    Pediatrix (DTaP, IPV, Hepatitis B), Prevnar, Hib, Rotateq
6 months:    Pediarix  (DTaP, IPV, Hepatitis B), Prevnar, Rotateq
12 months:  Varicella, Prevnar
15 months:  MMR, Hib
18 months:  DTaP, Hepatitis A
2 years:       Hepatitis A
4-5 years:    DTaP, IPV, MMR, Varicella
11-12 years: TdaP, Meningococcal (Menatrca), Gardasil (HPV)
